CRADY Account Deletion

CRADY users can request deletion of their account and related data.

How to delete your account

Open the CRADY app and follow these steps:

Open the CRADY app.
Go to Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion request.

If the in-app delete account feature is not available, you may request deletion by email.

Subject: CRADY Account Deletion Request

Please include the email address used to log in to CRADY.

CRADY account information
Watchlist data
Portfolio data
App data linked to your CRADY account

Data retention

After account deletion, account-related data will be deleted from our active systems. Some records may be retained only where required by law, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate operational purposes.

CRADY 앱을 실행합니다.
설정으로 이동합니다.
회원 탈퇴를 선택합니다.
삭제 요청을 확인합니다.

앱 내 회원 탈퇴 기능을 사용할 수 없는 경우 이메일로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

데이터 보관

계정 삭제 후 계정 관련 데이터는 활성 시스템에서 삭제됩니다. 단, 법적 의무, 보안, 부정 사용 방지 또는 운영상 필요한 사유가 있는 경우 일부 정보가 제한적으로 보관될 수 있습니다.
