제1조 목적

본 약관은 CRADY 서비스의 이용 조건, 절차, 이용자와 운영자의 권리 및 의무를 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 서비스 내용

CRADY는 다음과 같은 기능을 제공할 수 있습니다.

• ETF 및 배당 관련 정보 제공
• 배당 일정 및 지급 예정일 안내
• 관심 ETF 등록 및 관리
• 포트폴리오 등록 및 예상 배당 계산
• ETF 비교, 분석 및 추천 결과 제공
• 알림, 광고 시청 보상 및 토큰 기능

제3조 계정 및 로그인

일부 기능은 이메일 인증 또는 계정 로그인이 필요할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 본인의 계정 정보를 정확하게 관리해야 하며, 계정의 무단 사용으로 발생한 문제에 대해서는 이용자에게 책임이 있을 수 있습니다.

제4조 투자 정보에 관한 고지

CRADY가 제공하는 ETF 정보, 배당 정보, 예상 배당, 수익률, 순위, 분석 결과 및 추천 결과는 참고용 정보입니다.

해당 정보는 투자 권유, 매수·매도 추천, 금융 자문 또는 수익 보장을 의미하지 않습니다. 실제 투자 결정과 그에 따른 손익은 전적으로 이용자 본인의 책임입니다.

제5조 정보의 정확성

운영자는 신뢰할 수 있는 정보를 제공하기 위해 노력하지만, 외부 데이터 제공처의 오류, 지연, 누락 또는 시스템 문제로 인해 일부 정보가 실제 내용과 다를 수 있습니다.

특히 배당금, 배당락일, 지급일, 수익률 및 예상값은 시장 상황이나 운용사의 결정에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.

제6조 이용자의 의무

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

• 타인의 계정 또는 개인정보를 도용하는 행위
• 서비스를 비정상적인 방법으로 이용하는 행위
• 앱 또는 서버를 해킹하거나 데이터 수집을 방해하는 행위
• 서비스 정보를 무단 복제, 재판매 또는 상업적으로 이용하는 행위
• 관련 법령 또는 공공질서에 위반되는 행위

제7조 광고 및 외부 서비스

CRADY는 Google AdMob 등 제3자 광고 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다. 광고 및 외부 서비스 이용 과정에서 해당 사업자의 정책이 적용될 수 있습니다.

제8조 토큰 및 보상 기능

서비스 내 토큰은 특정 기능 이용 또는 광고 시청 보상을 위해 제공될 수 있습니다. 토큰은 현금, 금융상품 또는 법정화폐가 아니며, 운영 정책에 따라 지급 기준이나 사용 조건이 변경될 수 있습니다.

제9조 서비스 변경 및 중단

운영자는 서비스 개선, 점검, 장애, 외부 데이터 제공 중단 또는 기타 운영상 필요에 따라 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.

제10조 계정 삭제

이용자는 앱 내 계정 삭제 기능 또는 이메일 요청을 통해 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제 시 관련 데이터는 개인정보처리방침 및 관련 법령에 따라 처리됩니다.

제11조 책임 제한

운영자는 천재지변, 통신 장애, 외부 데이터 오류, 이용자의 잘못된 입력, 기기 또는 네트워크 문제 등 운영자가 합리적으로 통제할 수 없는 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않을 수 있습니다.

또한 이용자가 CRADY의 정보를 참고하여 수행한 투자 또는 금융 결정으로 발생한 손실에 대해서 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제13조 약관 변경

These Terms of Service govern the use of the CRADY application and related services.

• ETF comparison, analysis, and recommendation results
• Notifications, advertising rewards, and token-based features

3. Accounts and Login

Some features may require email authentication or account login. Users are responsible for maintaining the security and accuracy of their account information.

4. Investment Disclaimer

ETF information, dividend estimates, yields, rankings, analysis, and recommendation results provided by CRADY are for informational purposes only.

CRADY does not provide investment advice, financial advice, or guarantees of profit. All investment decisions and related gains or losses are the sole responsibility of the user.

5. Accuracy of Information

CRADY attempts to provide reliable information, but data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or changed by external data providers or fund managers.

6. User Responsibilities

Users must not:

• Use another person's account or personal information without permission
• Access the service through unauthorized or abnormal methods
• Interfere with the application, server, or data collection systems
• Copy, resell, or commercially exploit service content without permission
